A significant deviation between cylinders or from the specified range indicates a potential problem.

  4. Interpreting Results:

  • Consistent High Readings: Generally, this indicates good compression and uniform cylinder performance.

  • Low Readings: This could indicate various issues, such as worn piston rings, cylinder head valve problems, or a leaking head gasket.
